Tables
Tables & Tablescapes
Tables, place settings and full tablescape styling: chargers, glassware, runners and centerpieces laid out so every table looks intentional.
When every table looks improvised
A tablescape goes wrong one table at a time. Plates that came from one set and glasses from another, a runner that stops short of the edge, a centerpiece so tall that guests lean around it to talk. Nothing is broken, but the room reads as assembled from whatever was on hand.
Guests notice the table before they notice anything else, because it is where they will sit for hours. If one table is dressed and the next is bare, the whole venue feels unfinished no matter how good the balloons are.

Laid out from the center line, table by table
We bring the tables, then build each one in the same order: linen, charger, place setting, napkin, glassware, runner and centerpiece. Chargers and glassware are rental items from our own stock, and our crew sets them with the same spacing at every seat so the room matches end to end.
The last pass is walking the hall from the doors, the way a guest will. We nudge anything that sits crooked, check that the centerpieces clear eye level, and clear every table ourselves when the night is over. Nothing for you to unpack, count or return.
One quote for the whole room
Tablescapes bundle naturally with linens, chair covers and centerpieces, and with the balloons behind the head table. Ask for the full set and you get one itemized quote and one point of contact instead of four vendors to coordinate.
Book three to four weeks ahead for a standard celebration, and sooner for weekends. Call the Somerdale line at (856) 545-7732 or send your date and guest count online. Guest count shapes the quote more than anything else, since every seat adds a setting, and the quote is complimentary with no deposit needed to get it.
Tables are built in the same order every time, then walked from the doors before the first guest arrives.
Place setting, top to bottom
What goes on every table.
- 01
Charger
The first piece down. It sets the height and the metal or color every other piece answers to.
- 02
Place setting
Matched to the charger and to the table next to it, so no two tables read as different sets.
- 03
Napkin
Folded the same way at every seat, in a shade pulled from your palette.
- 04
Glassware
Set at the same angle at every seat, polished before it goes out.
- 05
Runner
Laid straight down the table's center line, long enough to fall past the edge.
- 06
Centerpiece
Placed last, low enough that guests can see each other across the table.
Send your guest count and venue and we build the quote around them. Check my date.
