Balloons, built on site

Balloon Decorations

Organic garlands, arches, columns, walls and bouquets in your exact colors, designed around your space and built on site so they last the whole party.

The garland that goes up after the guests arrive

Most balloon disappointments are a timing problem. A garland blown up two days early loses its shine and starts to shrink. An arch started after the doors open turns the entrance into a ladder zone while guests squeeze past. And colors chosen from a thumbnail online land a shade off once they hit real light, so the photos never match the plan.

We build backward from your start time. The crew reaches the venue early, so the balloons are fresh, the shape is finished and the floor is clear before the first car pulls in.

How a garland gets built, step by step

We start with your palette, matched against swatches so the gold really reads gold and the sage really reads sage. Then we measure the wall, doorway or backdrop it has to hug, and decide how the piece will be anchored to suit that venue.

On site, we inflate balloons in several sizes and cluster them onto a base line, so the shape looks organic and a little uneven on purpose. Foils, confetti balloons and accent colors get tucked in last, where the eye needs them. Arches, columns, walls and bouquets follow the same method, each sized to the room.

What it pairs with, and how to book it

A garland sits happily beside throne chairs, pressed linens and centerpieces in the same colors, and we quote all of it on one itemized sheet. Send us the date, the venue and your colors, whether that is Somerdale, Camden County or a hall across the river in Philadelphia.

Book three to four weeks ahead for a standard celebration and earlier for weekends and peak season. The quote is complimentary and usually back within one business day, with no deposit needed to get it. A deposit holds your date once you say yes.

Delivery, setup and breakdown included. Call (856) 545-7732.
