How a Quince goes sideways
A Quinceañera is the one party where every detail is going to be photographed and remembered. It is also the one where the date disappears first. Throne chairs and weekend dates in peak season are gone weeks before most families start asking, and by the time a hall is booked the decor is an afterthought.
Then comes the patchwork. The arch is from one place, the linens from another, the centerpieces from a third, and nobody has checked that the blush on the balloons is the same blush on the tables. The family ends up in the hall at noon with a pump, a ladder and a long list while the birthday girl is getting ready.

What the package sets, in her colors
We design the whole room as one piece. The package covers the balloon arch, throne chairs, linens, tablescape, signage, florals, centerpieces, and cake and dance floor styling, all drawn from the birthday girl's palette. Send inspiration photos and a fabric swatch if you have one, and we match to it.
Our crew arrives before the event starts. Balloons are built on site so the arch fits your doorway or stage, linens are pressed before they are dressed on the tables, and the throne chairs are placed and styled with balloons, florals or drape to suit the theme. When the last guest leaves, we break it all down and take it with us.
Holding the date
Book three to four weeks ahead for a standard celebration, and earlier for a weekend in peak season. Throne chairs and Quinceañera dates fill first, so checking your date is the first call to make, before the invitations go out.
The quote is complimentary, itemized and no-obligation, usually back within one business day, and there is no deposit to get one. A deposit holds the date once you are ready. What shapes the number is the guest count, the date and season, the venue and travel from Somerdale, the pieces you choose, and any custom work. You deal with one point of contact from the first call to the last balloon coming down.
