Event Planning

Birthdays, weddings, showers, graduations and corporate events: the plan, the timeline, the look and the setup, so you can actually enjoy the day.

What a party without a plan looks like

The trouble shows up in the last two weeks. The balloon colors do not match the linens, the tables outnumber the chairs, and nobody has decided who unlocks the room or when the cake goes out. Every one of those is small, and together they take the day away from the host.

Most of it comes from decisions made in the wrong order, or not made at all.

How we plan an event

We build the plan, the timeline, the look and the setup as one piece of work. That starts with a consultation, then a design and an itemized quote you can read line by line before you commit to anything.

We handle the details guests notice first: place settings, linens, glassware, florals and reserved seating, so every table looks pulled together the moment the doors open. There is nothing for you to set up, unpack or return.

Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations and corporate events all run on the same discipline: one point of contact, colors matched to your palette, and a crew that handles delivery, setup, styling and breakdown.

Pairing it and booking it

Planning pairs with everything else we do, from balloon installs and linens to tablescapes and staffed stations, and it all lands on one quote. Book three to four weeks ahead for a standard celebration, earlier for weekends and peak season.

Your consultation is complimentary and there is no deposit to get a quote. What shapes the number is guest count, date and season, venue and travel from Somerdale, the services you pick, and any custom work.

One point of contact from the first call to the last balloon coming down.

The process

From idea to installed

Four steps, in this order, every time. The first one costs you a conversation.

  1. Tell us the vision

The date, the venue, the guest count and the mood. Photos you love are welcome.

  2. Get your design & quote

We come back with ideas and an itemized quote, usually within one business day.

  3. Lock your date with a deposit

The deposit holds your date, and the balance is explained up front.

  4. We set up, you celebrate

The crew arrives before your event starts and clears everything out afterward.
