Kid-safe, steady-handed
Face Painting
Kid-safe paints and a steady hand: butterflies, tigers, superheroes and sparkle designs that wash clean off at bath time.
What goes wrong without a real face painter
Face painting at a party fails in a few predictable ways. One painter and forty kids means a line that never shrinks. Thick paint cracks and flakes by the cake. Wet designs get smeared by a sleeve within a minute, and the child who waited the longest gets the quickest, sloppiest butterfly.
The worst version is paint nobody can vouch for. Parents want to know what is going on their child's skin, and they want it to come off without a fight.

How the station runs on the day
Our face painter arrives early, sets up a table with kid-safe paints, brushes, sponges and glitter, and opens the line when your guests are ready. Designs run from butterflies and tigers to superheroes and sparkle, and each child picks their own.
The painter lays down the base with a sponge, adds detail with a brush, and finishes with glitter where it is wanted. Everything washes clean off at bath time. The painter works the whole booking, keeps the pace steady, and keeps the line short.
Pairing it and booking it
Face painting is booked by the hour and pairs with balloon twisting, a tattoo station or a henna station when you want a whole corner of activity. We quote it with your balloon decor and tablescape on one itemized sheet, with delivery and setup included.
Book three to four weeks ahead for a standard date and earlier for weekends. Guest count, date, venue and travel from Somerdale, and the length of the booking shape the quote, which is complimentary and usually back within one business day.
