Centerpieces, table by table

Centerpieces

Custom centerpieces built for your table shapes and matched to your theme, from airy florals to full bloom clusters and balloon towers.

The centerpiece that blocks the conversation

Every host has sat at that table. A tall arrangement stands in the middle, and the people across from each other have to lean around it to talk. Or the opposite: a tiny vase that vanishes on a long banquet table and leaves the room looking half done.

A centerpiece has to suit the shape of the table, the height of the seated guest and the distance to the next table. Get those three wrong and the prettiest flowers still fail.

How we build one for your tables

We ask for your table shapes and count first. Round tables get a centered piece, long tables get a runner with repeating clusters, and cocktail tables get something slim that leaves room for drinks. Then we match the materials to your theme, from airy florals to full, lush bloom clusters and balloon towers.

Pieces are built to a consistent height and style, delivered with the rest of the setup and placed by our crew. They pair with the charger plates, runners and linens we set, so each table looks finished instead of improvised.

Pairing it up and booking the date

Centerpieces work on their own for a simple dinner or alongside linens, chair covers and balloons for a full room, all on one itemized quote. Send us your colors, the guest count and the venue, anywhere from Somerdale to the Philadelphia side of the river.

Book three to four weeks ahead, earlier for weekends and peak season. The quote is complimentary, usually back within one business day, with no deposit to get it. Call us on the number below and we will talk through it.

Delivery, setup and breakdown included. Call (856) 545-7732.

Before we design

Tell us your table shapes

  • Round. How many, and how many guests sit at each one.

  • Long. Banquet or farmhouse length, so we know how many clusters a runner needs.

  • Cocktail. High-tops and standing tables that need something slim.

  • Head table. Where the guest of honor sits, and whether it faces the room.

Send the list with your date to info@partytimesolutions.com, or use the booking form.
