Wrinkled, short and three different whites
Linens are the biggest surface in the room, so they are where a rushed setup shows first. A cloth that stops at the knee exposes folding table legs. A fold line that was never pressed out catches the light across the whole hall. Chair covers that sag at the back read as slipcovers thrown over a banquet chair.
The quiet killer is the palette. Ivory next to white next to cream looks like a mistake from the doorway, and sashes that are almost your color are worse than no sashes. A room only reads as one design when every fabric in it was chosen against the same swatch.

Pressed, fitted and dressed on site
Our linens are floor-length, so the table base disappears and the cloth falls straight to the carpet. They are pressed before they leave, carried in flat and laid by our crew, with the seams turned to the back and the drop checked on every side.
Fitted chair covers go on each chair in the hall, and sashes are tied on site in the color you picked, with the bows turned the same way down the whole row. We match to your palette rather than to a stock shade, and when the event is over we strip every table and chair ourselves.
Swatches first, then the date
Not sure which color will sit right next to your balloons? Ask for color swatches and compare them against your venue before you decide. Linens and chair covers can be booked alone, and they bundle neatly with balloon decor, centerpieces and a tablescape so the whole room is quoted together.
