Clear quotes, no surprises
A backyard balloon arch and a fully styled banquet room are two different jobs, so every event is quoted on its own. Send your details and we come back with an itemized quote that shows exactly what you are getting, usually within one business day.
How a quote is built
What shapes your quote
Six things move the number. Tell us these and the quote comes back tight the first time.
Guest count
More guests mean more tables, linens, centerpieces and balloon coverage. It is the single biggest driver, which is why it is the first thing we ask.
Date and season
Peak weekends, prom season and graduation weekends book earliest and carry the most demand. A quieter weeknight gives us more room to work with.
Venue and travel
Setup time, access and the distance from Somerdale all factor in.
Services selected
A single balloon arch is a smaller job than a full styled room with linens, centerpieces and an entertainment station. You choose how much we take on.
Booking length
Stations such as face painting, twisting and henna are booked by the hour.
Custom work
Bespoke backdrops, signage and specialty finishes are quoted on the design itself, because nobody else has your exact room.
Popular combinations
How most events come together
Three common ways to bundle. Each one is quoted to your own date, venue and guest count.

Full Room Styling
The whole look, coordinated in one palette so nothing in the room argues with anything else.

For the kids
Celebration + Entertainment
Balloon decor for the room, plus your choice of station: cotton candy, twisting, painting or henna. A staffed attendant runs it for the whole booking, and delivery, setup and breakdown are covered.

- Color matching
- Your palette, matched to the shade. Send us inspiration photos.

Why every event is quoted on its own
One fixed number would overcharge a small backyard party or underquote a full banquet room. Quoting each event individually means you pay for the room you are actually having, with every line visible so you can add, trim or swap pieces before anything is booked.
